If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any items that are eligible for return up to 60 days from the purchase date unless otherwise noted on a product page or in your order information online. We accept unopened and unworn items for return. We offer 2 return options: You may choose to ship the item back by your own and receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item, or we'll send you return shipping label and you will receive a refund in your original form of payment minus the return shipping charge.

How do I return a damaged or defective item?

Please be sure to include your order number, the name of the product, a detailed description of the issue and a photo for the damaged part if possible. All defective and damaged items are eligible for return. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, you will receive a refund of the full cost of the item including shipping charges.

Refunds and exchanges are typically received within 2 - 3 weeks from the time that you mail them. Once we receive your return in our distribution center, please allow 2 business days for it to process.
